We love the bright palette and tropical prints! Swing top has a white knit bodice of soft baby rib knit layered with tiers of patchwork ruffles, gathered for fullness. The skirting is so full for maximum twirl! Hem is trimmed in pink ric rac for a scalloped, finished edge. Bodice has a removable wool felt heart with a deep pink rhinestone flower brooch that coordinates beautifully!
