Halter style top ties at the neck and has a sweet kitchen themed fabric and is trimmed with a removable heart buckle in pink fauz pearls with a hankie detail peeking through. Bottom of halter has feminine pink ruffles with the neckline trimmed in tattered roses. Skirt is made "parfait style" with tiers of patchwork ruffles and trimmed in pink ric rac for a scalloped look.
