How long will it take to receive my order?
A
Our typical turn-around on apparel orders is 14 to 21 days. This can vary depending on season and the workload of our staff. We always offer assembly/shipping upgrades if you need your apparel for a pageant, wedding, birthday or holiday.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A
That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "Telephone Order" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll process your order.
Q
How much are shipping costs?
A
Our shipping prices start at around $5.00. The price increases with the weight of your order. Typically, a dress or outfit will weigh 1 or 2 pounds and will ship between $5.00 and $7.00. All hairbows ship for $2.00 per pair/single. We add a nominal $1.00 handling fee to offset our labor for packing and shipping your item. Fabric will ship for $3.00 to start and we offer a shipping discount as you add more fabric to your cart of 50% of the total price.

Can I buy Josiekat's Trunk Apparel locally?
A
Josiekat's Trunk is available in select boutiques nationwide. We will soon have a web page with a current listing of all shops that carry our line. If you have a favorite boutique in your city, feel free to give them our website address and that you'd love to see Josiekat's Trunk items in their store! Email us for details on our store referral program.

What if I am unsure of sizing or have a special request for inseam or length?
A
You can always email us or request to speak with someone by phone regarding sizing. Since every garment is custom made at the point of purchase, we are able to adjust lengths and inseams according to your specifications. If you would like to take a measurement from pants that fit well or a dress you have that is the perfect length, this will help us to make sure you have the perfect fit! Do you ever have specials or sales?
A
We run dollar off, free shipping and special buys on occasion. We have a newsletter you can sign up for on our home page. We privately notify our customers of sales and specials, sometimes not available to the public. Sometimes you will see our "Sale" page in our menu. This page will often have end-of-season and discontinued items. We will even add some of our overstock prints and trims to the sale page for those DIY fans! Our sales and sale page change frequently and we cannot offer a sale price on prior sales. In other words, sale prices are not retro active. Thank you for understanding.

How do you wash the Simply Bows dresses?
A
We recommend hand wash and drip dry. We have had many of our customers tell us they wash inside-out on gentle and drip dry with wonderful results, however. The bows are triple-sewn on each dress and the ends of the ribbons are heat-sealed.

Is there a phone number where I can call with general questions about my order?
A
We can call you if you provide your phone number in an email. If you would rather call us, just email us to receive the number. We had to remove the number from our site because of so many international calls and irrelevent solicitors. We realize that sometimes it feels better to talk to someone. We want you to feel confident buying our apparel and keep in constant communication with you regarding your purchase.

I'm opening a boutique and would love to carry your items. Who do I contact?
A
We have someone on staff who can help you with any questions regarding your initial order. If you fill out our Wholesale Request Form, someone will be in touch with you by phone or email to answer all your questions. We no longer offer drop-ship accounts for online merchants. You may still order our apparel to carry for your online boutique. Please refer to our Wholesale Page for further details:

Do you ever sell your tee shirts or fabrics?
A
We have our tees made by a private label for our company. We hope one day to offer them to our customers as well as fabrics from our lines in years past that are overstocks. We will have the tees on a separate catagory page when we are able to offer them to you. The fabrics are now available!
