Please read through our policies and procedures for ordering, privacy concerns and returns. Please note that your order will take at least 14 to 21 days to process and ship. If you need your design for a special occasion, please email us before ordering to request rush delivery. You can visit our "Shipping Info" page for information on expedited assembly and shipping. If you order from our guest designers, a 3 week lead time is needed unless prior approval has been made via email.

Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and we now accept American Express, too. We also accept Paypal payments and you can send an e-check via this method for your payment too. Your Paypal payment must be made at the time the order is placed. Please email us with any payment questions.

Our Return Policy
Because all of Josiekat's Trunk items are customized for you at the time of the order, we cannot accept returns. Please check sizing or email us with sizing questions before placing your order. If there is a mistake on our part, please email us and we take care of the issue immediately. Please hand wash or dry clean all Josiekat's Trunk items and line dry to keep your garments looking brand new.(bibs, tee's, reversible and blankets may be laundered in the washing machine).
